Chris Haulter, Owner/Business Manager
B.A, MA, Indiana University-Bloomington Chris has been involved in music and the arts his entire life. Whether church choir, school plays, dance classes or orchestra through junior High and High School (NAHS, class of '93), he grew up living "in the arts." During his college days, he continued his arts passion by becoming a member of the renowned Indiana University Singing Hoosiers, touring the US and appearing with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra on two albums and their Christmas Special 1995 on national television with special guest Mel Torme. He also was an active member of the IU Opera Summer program appearing in several productions during that time. After earning his Master's degree in Business from IU, he decided to pursue making theatre his vocation. He started out by becoming the Office Manager for Music Theatre Louisville while he auditioned at National calls for theatres around the country. He then spent 4 years working for various theatre countries around the US from Kansas to Connecticut; from Children's Theatre to Dinner Theatre to Equity Summer Stock. After those years, Chris decided it was time to return home and look for the woman of his dreams. Little did he know it would take less than a month to meet her. He met Katie in late 2007 and they were married in 2008. He has continued to "dabble" in theatre as a hobby from time to time, but now spends most of his time taking his four daughters around to their various events. He is thrilled to have Bella Voce with his amazing and talented wife, and he appreciates how special training the younger generation is for the area he has always called home. You will probably see him pop in and out of the studios making sure the "behind the scenes" stuff is handled |
